Starting Tuesday, April 4th, 2023, Café Aion will be bringing back their popular lunch service. Lunch will be offered 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Tuesday – Friday, and a special Brunch menu will continue to be available Saturdays and Sundays. Dinner will be available at 3 pm and Happy Hour specials from 3 - 5 p.m. daily. Our updated hours of service will be 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Cafe Aion will be closed on Mondays.
The lunch menu will feature some of their past diner favorites like the BLT on a baguette, Spanish Salmon Niçoise Salad, and House-made Veggie Burger, along with a few brunch hits like Shakshuka and Croque Madame. Café Aion proudly serves local OZO coffee, has a full bar of cocktails and Spanish and French wines will be available to make that lunch a little more special.
Café Aion’s intimate, sun-filled dining room is the perfect place for a mid-day, mid-week catch-up with friends and is a great opportunity for a business lunch. Owner and Head Chef Dakota Soifer shares, “We’re excited to be bringing back our lunch service, which we haven’t reinstated since having to close for lockdown three years ago. With local coffee, wines available by the glass and uniquely delicious dishes, it’s a lot of fun to bring a great café vibe alive here on The Hill!”
Café Aion will also be opening its large outdoor patio on April 4th. Located on the South side of their historical building, along the quiet event street on The Hill, this shady patio is the perfect place to soak up views of the Flatirons and a glass of sangria.
April will be a big celebratory month for Café Aion, as they turn 13 on Sunday, April 2nd. Soifer shares, “It’s a bit surreal that this baby of mine (along with my three amazing kids) is now a teenager. With a bit of disbelief and all those proud parent feels, I’d like to invite the community to join us in toasting this cozy little café on The Hill on April 2nd with tapas and gin and tonics.”
