NOW OPEN!! The Ginger Pig is a 2023 Michelin Bib Gourmand Award winning Asian street food style restaurant serving creative Asian Fusion cuisine and traditional Chinese specials taught to me by Nalu, my Chinese "Mom".

We strive to bring these dishes to you using locally sourced and sustainable ingredients from some of the best producers in Colorado.

The Ginger Pig was founded in 2016 by Natascha Sherman Hess and her husband Steve, was inspired by Hess's host family in Beijing and focuses on Asian-inspired street food. What started as a food truck at the Rayback Collective in 2016 became a brick-and-mortar Denver location in October 2020. The Boulder location opened in October 2023 and features a slightly smaller menu with exclusive dishes.
