Details

Macky Auditorium is a multi-disciplinary concert hall and unit of the University of Colorado College of Music. Located in the historic Norlin Quadrangle, it serves the campus and community by offering high-quality local, national and international performances and events. The auditorium has hosted renowned performers and speakers such as Yo-Yo Ma, Jane Goodall, and Bill Nye. It is also home to the College of Music's Band, Orchestra, Opera, and Jazz programs, as well as the Artist Series, Conference on World Affairs, and research centers such as the American Music Research Center and the Center for Humanities and the Arts. The auditorium is also used by clients including the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, TEDx Boulder, and university student groups.
